Our bikes and scooters are stored at our third-party logistics warehouse in Henderson. Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an email with your pickup reference number—usually by the next working day.

Important: Please wait for the email with your pickup reference number before heading to the Henderson warehouse, as pickups cannot be processed without it.
