Important Update on Courier Services

We would like to inform you that PBT Courier is transitioning its services to NZ Post. As part of this change, parcels can no longer be picked up from PBT depots. However, you can now collect your parcel from any NZ Post collection point.

To collect your parcel, please ensure you have your "Collect My Parcel" number ready. Without this number, you will not receive a notification email when your parcel is ready for collection.

You can still track the status of your parcel using our tracking tool, and your parcel will be delivered to  "Collect My Parcel" location.
